On June 2, 2010 Bill 65, Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010, passed second reading and was ordered to the Standing Committee on Social Policy. Bill 65 proposes reforms to Ontario incorporated charities similar to that found in the Canada Not-for-Profit
