introduced on March 22, 2011 and was reintroduced
in almost the identical form on June 6, 2011
•Bill C-13,
which implements Budget 2011, received Royal
Assent on December 15, 2011
•Budget 2011
contained significant changes to the regulation
of charities and other qualified donees, and introduced the concept of “ineligible persons”
