days free from
work and do not have to suffer a wage loss

employer’s practice is prima facie discriminatory against non-Christians. Therefore, the employer must demonstrate that it has accommodated the employee to the point
of undue hardship

case, there was noting further the employer could do to accommodate the grievor. The employee is not entitled to be paid wages without providing labour
