Seminar Overview

The 2002 Annual Church & the Law Seminar has been designed to provide churches & religious charities with practical information on current legal issues in order to assist in avoiding unnecessary exposure to legal liability.  Although the topics presented are directed at churches & religious charities, they may also be applicable to non-religious charities and not-for-profit organizations.

The Church & the Law Seminar is presented annually by Carter & Associates, a law firm experienced in advising churches & religious charities.  The firm is being assisted at the seminar by a number of volunteer guest speakers.
