4.Compliance
or Restraining Order
•Under the NFP
legislation, a compliance or restraining
order directs a corporation or any director, officer, employee, agent, public accountant, auditor, trustee, receiver, receiver-manager, sequestrator or liquidator of a corporation to comply with the NFP legislation, the regulations and the articles, by-laws or UMA (if applicable) of the corporation, or restrains any such person from acting in breach of them
•The court also
has the power to make any further order that
it thinks fit
