investments, or violations of the Anti-terrorism Act (Canada),
Bill C-45 amendments to the Criminal Code (Westray Mines) or
other similar strict liability legislation
e)Need to advise agent in writing each year of all activities
of the charity or not-for-profit organization and all known risks
and ask for a written report back on the coverage available
